Diagnosed with ALS, a fatal neurodegenerative disease, filmmaker Ben Byer starts documenting his life on camera. What begins as a series of video diaries grows into an epic journey spanning three years and six countries as he scours the globe looking for answers - and a cure.

INDESTRUCTIBLE features an original score by Chicago based rock cellist Alison Chesley and songs by notable recording artists Greg Brown, Beth Orton, John T. Rice, Chinbat Batmunkh and Luke Rothschild. The film also presents revealing interviews with best-selling author and neurologist Oliver Sacks, author and Rabbi Daniel Gordis, and controversial Chinese neurosurgeon Hongyun Huang.
